Hot Ones Hot Honey BBQ Sauce is for anyone who loves that sticky, sweet BBQ feel — but knows it gets better with chili. Here you get ripe tomatoes, brown sugar, honey, molasses, lime and smoky chipotle in a sauce that lands exactly where BBQ should land.

It’s sweet, smoky, rounded and medium hot. Not a brutal chili sauce, but a BBQ sauce with enough heat that it won’t just be another sugar-sweet grill bottle on the table.

Taste and heat

The sauce has plenty of sweetness from brown sugar, sugar, honey, honey powder and molasses. Chipotle brings smoke and chili heat, while lime juice and vinegar add freshness and balance. It’s made to be easy to use — but still with enough Hot Ones heat to make a difference.

Use it for

Use it as a glaze on wings, chicken, ribs or pork. Dip chicken tenders, nuggets and fries straight in it, or use it on BBQ chicken pizza, burgers, pulled pork and grilled vegetables. It caramelises beautifully if you brush it on during the last few minutes on the grill.
