Behind the sauce is Smokin Ed. Ed has grown the world’s hottest chillies: Carolina Reaper and Pepper X. This hot sauce is built on Pepper X, but is still medium in heat.
Use it on pork chops, chicken and barbecue, in salad dressings (for acidity + fruit + heat), and in Mediterranean or Persian-inspired dishes.
