Reaper Racha starts with the familiar sriracha profile, but levels things up with Carolina Reaper. It opens with the classic tangy, lightly sweet flavour – and finishes with intense heat that lingers.
Ingredients like habanero, jalapeño, tomato, garlic and chocolate Reaper mash add depth and character. The result is a sauce that is both hot and full of flavour, and that works perfectly with tacos, burgers, stir-fries and dips.
